JOB DESCRIPTION

Inspired by the flavours, scents and warmth of a classic Parisian neighbourhood restaurant, Chez Blue (pronounced shay-blew) is a casual neighbourhood bistrot, celebrating delicious French cuisine right in the beating heart of Rozelle.

The dimly lit dining room is brought to life with the chinking of glasses and chatter of patrons, as they enjoy cool tunes and immerse themselves in our Parisian style experience! 

With 90 seats and a beautiful front bar for pre or post dinner drinks, our patrons can sip cocktails and soak up the vibrant atmosphere over a few oysters, or taste some of our show stopping dishes such as Saddle of White Pyrenees lamb or Steak Frites from an intimate corner table. 

The Role
  
Our incredible new venue is on the hunt for career section waiters who have worked in some of Sydney's best restaurants to bring their passion for customer service and their love of hospitality to our newest venue.

Having worked in some of Sydney's best restaurants, you have hospitality in your DNA and strive to create a warm, friendly and memorable guest experience with each service.  With a loyal local following of neighbourhood patrons, we are looking to create warm, friendly and engaging service that is well executed and builds strong relationships within our local community. 

Passionate about wine? Our new venue has an exceptional list, curated by some of the industry's best sommeliers and this an opportunity for you to showcase your excellent knowledge to our patrons or take part in some of our incredible beverage training sessions to upskill. 

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working as a Section Waiter or Supervisor within restaurants and be looking to join an organisation where they can learn and grow.
